Prep

Mix warm milk with yeast and a tablespoon of sugar, let stand for 10 minutes.
Add the egg, remaining sugar, and softened butter, then gradually add the flour. Knead the dough and let it rise in a warm place for 1 hour.

Cooking

Roll out the dough into a rectangle, brush with butter, and sprinkle with a mixture of sugar and cinnamon.
Roll the dough into a log and cut into equal rolls.
Place the rolls in a baking dish and let them rise for 20 minutes.
